Administrative Assistant

Job purpose

To perform administrative and office support for all employees and agents.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Fielding telephone calls
  • Scheduling appointments, when needed
  • Directing visitors
  • Keeping track of agent’s expenditures
  • Keeping track of referrals
  • Running reports
  • Sending and entering all business in to client management system
  • Putting together product applications & restocking application shelf
  • Opening and closing office
  • Keeping office tidy
  • Evolving to day to day tasks that are ever changing
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word-processing programs
  • Ability to evolve with position for it is ever changing.
  • Time-management/organization skills
  • Team player attitude
  • Customer service/communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Decision making skills
  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills
  • Effective written communication skills
  • Stress management skills
  • Email marketing experience a plus
  • Content creation experience a plus
