Administrative Assistant
Job purpose
To perform administrative and office support for all employees and agents.
Duties and responsibilities
- Fielding telephone calls
- Scheduling appointments, when needed
- Directing visitors
- Keeping track of agent’s expenditures
- Keeping track of referrals
- Running reports
- Sending and entering all business in to client management system
- Putting together product applications & restocking application shelf
- Opening and closing office
- Keeping office tidy
- Evolving to day to day tasks that are ever changing
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word-processing programs
- Ability to evolve with position for it is ever changing.
- Time-management/organization skills
- Team player attitude
- Customer service/communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Decision making skills
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills
- Effective written communication skills
- Stress management skills
- Email marketing experience a plus
- Content creation experience a plus
